PAYMENT: Before the item will ship via eBay.
SHIPPING: Tracking is included with all USPS shipments. Orders will be shipped within two business days of payment receipt, except on weekends and holidays. I can also ship FedEx or UPS for extra.
INSURANCE: If you are concerned about accidents during transit, please let me know before payment so that I can add insurance. I pack very well, but accidents can happen.
QUESTIONS: Please “contact the seller” with any questions or concerns about the item or shipping before placing an Offer. They usually respond within 24 hours.
RETURNS: We offer 30 day returns for reasons of misrepresented product with written reason. Buyer pays return shipping. 7-10 days after product has been returned and inspected (see above) you will receive a refund.
